Room sizes were disappointingly small!!! Higher temperature control issues with air conditioning led to discomfort. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms disrupted sleep quality!!! Lack of leisure amenities left much to be desired!!!

Plus, the drinks at the hotel's bar were top-notch, making for a chill evening vibe after a day of exploring. Oh, and let's not forget the unbeatable location with easy access to Lisbon's hidden gems!

But hold up, the room was a tight squeeze! No space to maneuver our luggage, and after waiting four hours for an luggage rack that never showed, it felt a bit dodgy. The staff's indifference about my issue was also a letdown, especially since I was hoping for some support.

The room had a nice view overlooking Avenida Liberdade, which was a plus. But the hot water was a constant issue, and the room wasn't cleaned every day unless we specifically asked. Felt a bit cramped too. The glass wall bathroom design was interesting but not super practical for privacy. Overall, not the most comfortable stay due to the staff being rude and the inconsistent service.

It was just a fitting option for a brief pit stop in Lisbon with incredible value for money. The air conditioning was not working, so they provided a fan in the room, but it was better than nothing.

It’s a hassle when the amenities expected from a luxury chain fall short in execution.

We loved the hotel's amazing breakfast with a fabulous selection of pastries and fruits, enjoyed while soaking in the cozy atmosphere. Plus, its prime location made it easy to stroll to beautiful spots like Praça do Comércio, which was just a hop away.

My kids wished there were more power outlets in the room for charging devices. It can get chaotic sharing a small space with family.

The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this spot for any group getaway!
